Update on Our Medical School Scholarship Initiative

Last year, we shared our vision of expanding FEDAA’s impact by building a partnership with an accredited medical school, enabling us to offer scholarships to aspiring Afghan medical students. While progress on this initiative has been slower than we hoped, our commitment to this goal remains steadfast. Over the past year, we have reached out to a number of institutions, some of which have been difficult to engage or reluctant to partner for reasons that are not always clear.

We recognize that opening this pathway will take time and persistence, and we are prepared to continue this important work. We remain in active discussions with several universities and are exploring new possibilities for collaboration. If you have any connections or suggestions that might help us advance this initiative, we warmly welcome your input.
